  1. Payment: All packages and services must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept Visa/Master cards, Interact, Interac E-transfer, Wechat Pay, Alipay and cash payments. We do not accept prepaid credit cards and cheques. 

  2. Refunds and Exchanges: All sales of packages and services are final and non-refundable. Packages and services cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person.

  3. Price Disclaimer: All prices are subject to change without notice.

  4. Modification Policy: Bon Chic Skin & Laser Clinic reserves the right to cancel or modify any package or promotion at any time.

  5. Package Exclusivity: Packages cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

  6. Expiration Date: Some packages have an expiration date and must be used within the specified time frame. Any unused services after the expiration date will be forfeited. To confirm whether the package you purchased has an expired date or not, kindly get in contact with our customer service team for assistance.

  7. Appointment Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a service. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a charge of a $50 late cancellation fee.

  8. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time.

  9. Health and Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any health or medical conditions that may affect your service. We reserve the right to refuse service based on health or safety concerns.
